Concerns
The largest opposition party has expressed concerns about discrepancies in the voter's register ahead of the 2024 election.
In a nationwide demonstration on Tuesday, September 17, under the theme “Enough is Enough” the party reiterated its demand for an independent forensic audit of the voter's register.
Other demands include a re-exhibition of the voters’ register post forensic audit, a 5-day re-exhibition period following the forensic audit, correction of unauthorized vote transfers, and adoption of a definitive timetable for electoral activities.
